Because Bone Marrow Biopsy Is Soooo Painful, Why Haven’t Doctors Addressed This Issue?
What about quality of life? I just had another BMB and it was just as painful as the first. The only good thing is that it latest for a few minutes instead of an hour. It seems that there is no norm when getting pain medicine for it.
I have also had a bone marrow biopsy with anesthesia and it was so much better.

She is 6 months post stem cell transplant. Shortly after she developed a rash from head to toe. Nothing gets rid of it. Just wondering if this is common and if anyone else experienced this. She's had it for 4 months now. Any input would be appreciated

My Husband Has Just Been Scheduled For Stem Cell Harvest In January. Those Of You That Have Gone Through The Harvest, How Was It?
He is looking forward to having a month off treatment but no one realy talks about how you feel during the harvest.
The only problem I had was back pain from the Zarxio shots and I did feel tired weak always ate a good meal at cafeteria and went home and slept.

I know no one knows the exact cause, and it’s probably from a combination of factors, but I can’t help but wonder!
I don’t have a clue as to how or why I have mm. I was in the hospital for two weeks before the doctors made the diagnosis. I don’t recall anyone in my family having cancer of any kind.
