I never seen it in my labs note with this-

No monoclonal peaks detected. Gamma-globulins to low

SPE interpretation-Previously identified paraprotein detected in gamma region. Was 0.1 gm/dL, now 0.1 gm/dL. Hypogammaglobulinemia.
