Oncologist Is Switching Me From Velcade To Kyprolis, What Should I Expect.
Had my pic line implanted on Friday, doing great - just soreness in my arm. Had it implanted in order to have Kyprolis administered. After two rounds of Velcade, Dex and Revlimid, my doctors are switching me to Kyprolis, Dex and Revlimid. Zometa remains at once a month. I had many side affects from the Velcade, including Neuropathy, brain fog, fatigue, constipation. Also the bone pain never let up throughout. Anyone Taking Kyprolis Which Is Similar To Velcade But Can’t Take Anymore Since Gave Me Neuropathy Called Kyprolis
I hear it could cause heart issues and Dr says I will need to be monitored regularly with EKG to see if my base line changes. Is anyone currently taking this new drug?
