My husband had Kyprolis as first line of treatment. It's less likely to cause neuropathy, but more likely to cause heart issues. My husband did, eventually,
Have heart rhythm issues, but he had a history of Afib. He was then switched to Valcaide and had no issues with neuropathy, It's usually used as a second line of treatment, and it has been a miracle drug for many.

So did they switch you to a different drug? I will only be having it every other week. Not sure that will make a difference.
