I have low wbc, platelets and anemia. I get constipated, but no nausea or vomiting. Also my hair is thinning alot from the selinexor, which is very distressing. The anemia is causing my fingernails to thin out and split. The doctor reduced the Pomalyst because of the low blood counts and reduced the selinexor to hopefully stop the hair thinning. It’s such a delicate balance to get those light chains down.

That's the therapy I'm on now, with Dar FastTrack infusions. Still trying to find a balance thatkeeps rb and wb counts stable. Side effects for me are diarrhea and slightly nauseated daily.
