I’m afraid it’s inevitable. I may have been smoldering for 25 years as the pain in my shoulder was that old. It would come and go so I thought it was muscular or pinched nerve. Eventually it will blossom into a blazing flame and be prepared for the quad cocktail. It’s not that bad. It keeps us alive.

That's what I'm trying to stay away from . I'm smoldering with 40 percent in the bone marrow for quite sometime and they said I'm not in dire trouble but that could change in a blood test. I don't want to get the chemo if I don't have to. Thanks

Possible constipation. Dex gives you a rush for a day or two then crash to some degree. Be prepared to sleep, sleep, sleep.
