In Remission. Recent Test Showed Kappa Free Light Chain At 2.06, Lambda Free Light Chain At 1.22, Ratio Of 1.70. Is This Concerning?

Isn't the Ratio part of the 20-2-20 Test and the last 20. So if it is below 20 it is okay. The first 20 is from the bone marrow test and the second one is M protein I beleive. You have to look at all three to have an issue. 2 of the three causes a concern if I am correct.
