My Daughter Is Has MM. She Now Has A Stomach Tube And Suffers From Constant Nausea And Vomiting. Suggestions?

- Opt for plain foods that are not spicy, acidic, or high in fat or fiber.
- Cool or room-temperature foods may be easier on the stomach.

- Natural Remedies:
- Mint tea or peppermint chewing gum.
- Ginger ale, ginger tea, or ginger candies.
- Chamomile tea.

- Relaxation Techniques:
- Deep breathing exercises.
- Relaxing in a dark room.
- Meditation, aromatherapy, acupuncture, guided imagery, and biofeedback.

- Medications:
- Antiemetics like Reglan (metoclopramide), Zofran (ondansetron), Kytril (granisetron), or Zyprexa (olanzapine).

- When to Contact a Doctor:
- If vomiting occurs multiple times within 24 hours.
- If she can't eat or drink anything.
