I read and added them myself after discussion with dr. Internist told me i could take three pills a day of tumeric.i usually take one for inflammation. I also take coq10 to offset the lipitor. I take it for my heart blockages. I have two stents.the lipitor keeps my hdl, ldl in healthy levels and the coq10 helps leg cramps from the lipitor. I added magnesium for gi challenges, d3. The Dr didnt initiate any of them except the heart dr recommended the coQ10. The internist said all of my supplements helped inflammation.

I can’t answer this question because I don’t take any supplements. I have not been advised to.
