I got off aspirin and I’m not on any blood thinners so I take curcumin religiously morning and night it even helps with my back pain!
Today I cooked black beans and purple cabbage then tonight I’ll be adding yellow squash and zucchini also eat a lot of watermelon and strawberries.
I was thinking about spinal cord stimulation but as I read up on the success rate and dangers I quickly retracted for now. Too many things can go wrong and maybe back pain is something I can live with.

To help prevent the progression of MGUS (Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance), consider the following dietary tips based on the knowledge base:

- Fruits: Eating fruit at least three times per week is associated with lower risks of MGUS diagnosis or progression.
- Whole-Food, Plant-Based Diet: A trial launched in 2021 is exploring the benefits of a whole-food, plant-based diet for overweight or obese adults with MGUS or smoldering myeloma.
- Curcumin Supplements: Curcumin, a component of turmeric, has shown potential in slowing the progression of precursor conditions in small trials. However, consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.

Always discuss any dietary changes with your healthcare team to ensure they fit your overall treatment plan.
