I got off aspirin and I’m not on any blood thinners so I take curcumin religiously morning and night it even helps with my back pain!
Today I cooked black beans and purple cabbage then tonight I’ll be adding yellow squash and zucchini also eat a lot of watermelon and strawberries.
I was thinking about spinal cord stimulation but as I read up on the success rate and dangers I quickly retracted for now. Too many things can go wrong and maybe back pain is something I can live with.
