Does Anyone Take Curcumin As A Supplement?
I’ve got mm and circumin was recommended as something that could help. Has anyone else tried this?
Yes I take it daily. You need to speak with your doctor to make sure that it doesn’t interfere with other medication you have been prescribed.
Don’t know if it’s doing any good but I know it’s not doing me any harm, there’s no definitive evidence of it’s anti cancer properties, although there’s plenty of anecdotal evidence from people who swear by it.
I take curcumin and try add turmeric to my food when I can.
Welcome David, I take Tumeric and curcumin every day. It does seem to help my joint pain. How much did your doctor say to take? Which brand? That's the questions of the day
Yes, some people take curcumin as a supplement. A small trial conducted in 2010 found that curcumin could slow the progression of precursor conditions like MGUS. However, there is not yet enough evidence to suggest that people with MGUS should take curcumin supplements. It's important to speak with your health care provider Show Full Answer
