Turmeric Curcumin - Dosage?
For those who take a turmeric curcumin supplement, what is your dosage?
I feel I've had a Direct Effect to my Results with my Supplements in 2021 with my 80+% Bad Plasma and here again in 2023 with my humerus Bone Lesion (it was known to exist - it was dormant and became active).
In 2023, I changed to a Plant Based Diet and a significant load of Daily Supplements which aided my very short treatment to kill off the cancer in a week (my weekly Labs documented that this really happened) and my Imaging just before that treatment and 3 weeks after starting, showed the Lesion was completely healed - No Radiation and No Surgery and No MM Meds within 3 months of that treatment (now 8 months off everything).
What's even more of a revelation, is I recently (about two months ago) went and reviewed my Labs from 2021 - I had actually returned to No MSpike in 6 weeks, after starting my Induction of DarzFasPro + RVD.
In 2021, my starting 5.2 MSpike was at 0.03 in 6 weeks and the rest of my MM Labs (K/L & Ratio and Igs, etc) were back to Normal but their Lack of correctly testing (DarzFasPro must get the IFE Dara-Specific #123218 Labs to cancel the False MSpike that builds in as little as 6 weeks - at 8 weeks, my False MSpike was 0.1 and remained that way until I got them to do that test at 6-1/2 months), was used to tell me that I had to continue with Induction (for 3 months) and Maintenance (for 4 months) before I was correctly tested (at my insistence) to find out that I was MRD Negative.
My C3 Curcumin was instrumental in aiding the Treatment Meds, in 2021 and here again in 2023. We get grossly overmedicated due to the Standard of Care and their complete lack of knowledge about the benefits of known Diet & Supplements that can support our body in its recovery.
I'll only use MM Meds for very brief periods if I'm ever active again (extremely unlikely) and I'll never get a SCT. They're treating MM Wrong - I've gathered enough Clinical Trial Results and analyzed my only journey to know what I'm doing is absolutely the right thing for me.
When I showed all my Results and my Protocol to my John Hopkins Onc, he said - Nice but you're a Case of One - Well, he's wrong. A person at the FB Forum, "Beating Multi Myeloma with a Naturopathic Approach", very recently Posted that he followed my Protocol for his MM Treatment that included DarzFP+Rd - He tested as MRD Negative in 5 cycles (15 weeks) and he's discontinued all MM Meds with the Support of his Onc - her comment was "He will be her test case".
We can directly affect our Treatment Results and not permanently destroy our immune system by using the MM Meds we need them and not when we Don't.
DarzFasPro is the miracle treatment Med that they expected but overuse of it and the others causes ongoing damage to our immune system.
There was a recent discussion about diet, exercise, and other naturopathic approach to treating our multiple myeloma. Here is a link to an article that some of may find of interesting and of use.

@A MyMyelomaTeam Member - 8,000mg! Holy smokes! You're hardcore. My hem-onc is telling me that my 1,500mg is a bit much. But, then again, I'm only smoldering, not active MM.
When I started in 2021, for the very beginning of treatment, I was quickly at 8,000mg (8 grams) daily of Physician Naturals Super C3 1000 Curcumin.
I take one 500 mg of tumeric. The internis toriginally told me i could take 3 capsules a day. Ive been taking the one a long time. Might decide to takevmore. Want to ask the hematologist.
