Thank you Tricia. I think that is why people take curcumin supplements (tumeric) because to get the recommended amount of tumeric you would have to eat a ton! thank you for your response!

I haven heard of anything but turmeric helping. My Dr said I’d have To take a ton and not sure if it was worth the effort and money. I have heard of a healthy weight and lifestyle improve your overall health.
