Hi Floriane, Darzalex does cause a drop in white blood cells. It also causes our immunoglobins to drop. Has your doctor mentioned IVIG?

Yes, most of the treatments for MM cause a drop in the immune system. I have been on Drazalex Faspro for 5 years and my IGA is <17.7. That is how it has been for quite awhile. This is one of the reasons I wear a mask when I go out.
It causes low immunoglobins.
I have not noticed any serious side effects but these drugs affect everyone differently.
