LadyT. Be sure to drink lots of water as this helps your kidneys to flush out toxins that may damage your kidneys more. I was told 74 ounces per day. I drink water, coffee and N/A beer and meet the number almost every day. So far working for me. Bottoms up πŸ‘πŸ‘

Good morning LadyT! My diagnosis is IgA Lambda multiple myeloma. I've had MM for 8 years and have done quite well with all the treatments. So far, my kidneys have been a-ok too. So sorry you are on this journey. Take care, and may God bless you today. πŸ™πŸ»β™₯οΈπŸ€—
