Hi Jan, I have been on Tekvayli for almost a year now. I started off at once a week for a few months, then went to once every other week for 3 months and now I’m getting it once every 3 weeks. Thankfully I’ve had no side effects at all. Really none. Remarkably, my mylenoma cell count as of yesterday is non detectable! I sometimes get a small itching patch at the injection site that lasts only a day, so it’s really no problem at all. My doctor wants to expand the injections to once every month. He has one patient who is at once every 3 months. I hope you have as much success as I’ve had. Good luck.
