I read this book when I was first diagnosed. I don't agree with all the supplements. I do take vitamins but not to the extent this guy does. I get most of my nutrients from vegetables and lean protein chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, egg whites. I don't tolerate calcium supplements so I drink almond milk with calcium or plain Greek yogurt 😋

Hi I’ve read the book and it gives some really good advice on myeloma and cancer in general and how it sneaks around the body and what you can do to make your body a more hostile environment.
I have a 2 hour consultation booked with him on the 24th and have sent most of my blood test’s,scans etc for him to view .
I’m interested in him tailor making me a supplement plan for my specific needs but I don’t intend to be rattling with 60 supplements a day so he needs to break it down for me to be realistic and I also have loads of questions for him.
Im happy to review more after my virtual meeting.

I strongly recommend this book. I read it over two years ago and started his protocol. I highly recommend doing a consult with Dr Brandy.
