Most oncologists look at 3 months of blood work as numbers can fluctuate.

Angie, why haven't they checked your labs🤔

My doctor gave me maintenance Revlamide 10 mg to keep cancer at bay after stem cell transplant. I find it’s a bit high so I don’t take everyday maybe once every 3-4 days. It has side effects fatigue and bone pain for me.
To tell the truth no tests have been taken to even know what cancer is doing since Dec 2023

I would trust your doctor and not worry. My light chains didn't stabilize until 18 months after transplant.
