Netta, there are over 11 different types of myeloma. It's important to know which type you are. It will help interpret your labs. Maybe start a list of questions for your doctor💕

Netta, please ask for a printout of your lab work that is ordered by your oncologist every time they do your monthly doctor's labs. Keep them together in a loose-leaf binder organized by date. This will help you understand your improvement with your type of treatment. Here is an explanation of what should be on your lab result. It may be different if they use a different computer printout system. But this is how mine is set up. Lambda normal is between 5.7-26.3. On your Lab Report Printout, the current number should be in the first column with your former number in parentheses. Then the column that shows mg/L and then the normal numbers showing 5.7-26.3. Your Serum Kappa should be above it and the Kappa/Lambda Ratio,S should be below it. If it makes you have any questions, write them down like Donna suggested and talk with your oncologist ABOUT ANYTHING that you want clarified so that you are sure of your understanding about it. I have added you to my team. Welcome aboard, we walk the path together. NEVER feel like you are alone and no one knows what you are personally going through. We walk the same path and our strength gets better and better the more we realize THAT WE CAN COUNT ON OUR TEAM MATES. God Bless, "TEECE"

Netta it depends on what type of myeloma you have. They are both low. What is your ratio? It looks like your treatment is working
