It looks like you have provided some lab results. Here’s a brief explanation based on the knowledge base:

- Immunoglobulin G (IgG), A (IgA), and M (IgM) ranges are normal: This indicates that the levels of these antibodies are within the expected range, which is a good sign

It looks like you have provided some lab results. Here’s a brief explanation based on the knowledge base:

- Immunoglobulin G (IgG), A (IgA), and M (IgM) ranges are normal: This indicates that the levels of these antibodies are within the expected range, which is a good sign.
- Immunofixation Serum is normal: This suggests that no abnormal monoclonal proteins (M proteins) were detected in your blood, which is also positive.
- Kappa light chain 31.6 mg/L, Lambda light chain 17.1 mg/L, and Kappa/Lambda ratio 1.85: These values are used to assess the balance between the two types of light chains. A normal Kappa/Lambda ratio typically ranges from 0.26 to 1.65. Your ratio is slightly elevated, which might warrant further monitoring or discussion with your healthcare provider.

If you have any concerns or need more detailed interpretation, it’s best to consult with your healthcare team.

Creatinine was 1.60 and GFR 34...that was the red flag that sent me to the kidney specialist. Creatinine 2 wks ago was 1.13 and GFR 51. Kidney dr. said elevated Kappa light Chains has nothing to do with my kidney function. So...what does it have to do with? Not a big elevation thank goodness.
