Make sure to get plenty of magnesium daily
I take 400mg magnesium glycinate plus when needed 200mg magnesium citrate for constipation Also plenty of water

This wasn’t cramping it o take magnesium for cramping but this was different spasms legs pulling up locked up

my husband has been taken off all the revlimid and pom, his body was in so much pain from the cramping he could barely straighten his whole body. he's seeing his transplant oncologist next week, to see if there is maybe Car-t will help him,
he was diagnosed with M.M. feb.2020. I his wife has been his care taker with this.

Yes!! I am told drinking loads of water is supposed to help. Lots of people on here take magnesium for cramps. My hands cramp at night also. I'm pretty sure it's the Pomalyst. Revlimid causes cramps too. Amazon has Theraworks. Spraying it on the muscle helps some times.
