I take 20mg once per week. Dexamethazone has a cancer fighting property. I was told that it's important to take it all at once to have this effect.

20mg every Monday

I took 4mg dex 5 days a week for 14 months including 20mg on treatment day. The two days in a row I didn’t take it my face broke out in terrible hives. Just weaned myself off it 6 weeks ago. I’m still exhausted every day. Only good news is my chubby face is pretty much gone and I’ve lost about 8 lbs of the dex weight so far. Also… my Dr who is the vice chair of Oncology/ Hematology at a major hospital told me he didn’t care if I took it everyday or all in one shot as long as I got the whole amount in the week.

Baking has been my recreation for a while now. I definitely can gain weight, but I try to give things away and freeze a lot.
