I take pantoprazole prescription for acid also love to eat white plain yogurt mixed with activia and drink the dairy activia probiotic drink also I found out which foods we eat are acidic and which are alkaline on internet and try to eat more alkaline like greens avocados Lima beans okra are my favorites also drink alkaline water instead of plain water there is a drink called interade especially for chemo patients a little expensive I think ask dr on that one
Tums is what my nurse practitioner said to take even for calcium levels to raise for my bone rebuilding shot Xgeva

I had to take Pepcid twice daily when I was on steriods. I had lots of heartburn. I'm fine now though. I'm having tinnitus and hearing loss. I'm also on Darzalex. I get a hearing test each year to monitor.
