Hi Donna, Thank you for the reply. My IgG has remained high shortly after the start of maintenance. My concern with the IgM is could this be contributing to catching every virus looking for a home. My longest stint of being well is four months and just ended Christmas Eve. Hope all is well with you and the IVIG does you wonders

It might not ever be normal. I'm IgG lambda. All my unaffected immunoglobins were low at diagnosis. They have remained low. I just started IVIG replacement. How is your IgG level? The IgG seems to be the critical one. IgM is usually associated with amyloidosis.
