Has anyone’s doctor reduced their maintenance dosage to reduce fatigue?

Hi Jeff. In my situation I am in a clinical trial using Rev and Dara. Rev knocked my red blood cell count down so they kept reducing my dose until they finally just removed it as part of my monthly infusions. This happens with some people. They then use other drugs to replace Rev. Keep the Faith.

I am in a 7 year trial. The first two yeas are done. I have been getting a shot of Dura something lol every 4 weeks. I will find out if I stay on this for 5 more years or come off and be monitored for 5 years. I will learn this on Monday my next appointment.

I've been on 10 mg Revlimid for 21 days, off for 7 since January. I do find I get tired by the end of the day but it's better than it was. My husband and I keep pretty busy so it's hard to say if the fatigue is because of the Revlimid or just because we're busy.

Hopefully, things will improve for you but if you need a midday nap, take it.

Herbs
American Ginseng
American ginseng (milder than Asian ginseng) is used to improve strength and stamina. It can also help reduce fatigue in cancer patients undergoing treatment.

Broccoli Sprouts
Broccoli sprouts are young plants with many nutrients, promoted to prevent cancer and fight certain infections. They are generally safe in your diet, but talk to your doctor before taking them as supplements.

Graviola
A prickly fruit native to tropical regions, graviola is used in traditional medicine to fight infections. It is also marketed as an alternative cancer treatment but there is no evidence that it can cure or treat cancer.
