Any Tips For Water Retention? My Face And Feet Swell Badly:(

My ankles and feet swelled and I wore compression socks for a couple of days and the swelling went down. This has happened twice now.

I had the same trouble with swelling in my feet and legs and face. I was started on a diuretic- water pill and it helped a good deal.

Watch for your sugar,salt intake and drink 1.5-2 litres water per day your eating daily got to be good diet your potassium levels got to be careful.
