I've stopped all opioids 6 months ago and in the last month or so, I've stopped my daily Ritalin. Besides Ritalin providing focus and energy, it is also a pain reliever.

I've recently had some severe neuropathy problems late at night, such as sharp stabbing pains in both my big toes one night and significant cramping another night.

In both cases, I took 60mg (6 - 10mg) under the tounge quick dissolve melatonin. In both cases, the pain was completely gone in less then 30 seconds and I comfortably slept through the night.

See if you can get a referral to a pain management specialist. I consulted with one when I was in the hospital for my SCT and after a few variations, found a drug combination that worked.

Some solutions depend on the level of pain you experience with your neuropathy. I do not use medications.

- Check my page for an illustration video applying Kinesiology tape on your feet.
- Some cancer centers offer Accupuncture treatment
-Apply moisturizer on your feet and hands if they are dry.
-Ortho or Skechers orthopedic shoes are quite stylish.
-Orthopedic socks sold by Ortho are very smooth and help with blood circulation.
-Swimming laps at the YMCA if you are physically capable.
