Has Anyone Been Diagnosed With Lesions In Shin Bones?

I had a knee replacement in my right knee due to bone on bone osteoarthritis 3 years ago. Now with MM I had to have that replacement removed, rods placed above and below knee after the cancer lesions were removed and a new knee replacement implanted. Just now recovering without a cane after 6 months.

Hi I definitely have pain in my shin bones however I have not been diagnosis with lesions thus far.
