I had to stop eating spinach and yams because they didn’t allow my body to absorb calcium. I need to calcium to stop the cramps.
Muscle pain (leg cramps) has been a continual companion that comes and go's ever since MM treatments began. It does seem to be related to potassium levels. The frequency increases when the potassium gets low. Foods such as spinach, fruits (avocado, banana, apple), vegetables (potatoes, yams, carrots), legumes, meat and fish (chicken, beef, and salmon) are sources of potassium.

My bones in my pelvis are degenerating and can cause leg pain. I don’t have lesions. What helps me is to take Calcium, Magnesium, D3 & K2.
