For restless legs, I take calcium 1200 mg minimum (MRM Bone Maximizer III) with extra D3 & K2. It also works for cramping. I take it everyday, but not with iron. I avoid salty food, caffeine, and carbonation .

The dexamethasone is definitely known to cause insomnia. I took dex once a week and couldn’t sleep two nights in a row every week. I did ask my oncologist if I could split the dosage between two days hoping that would help. The oncologist was fine with me doing that and it did lessen the insomnia. Hopefully your husband only takes it once a week. Rest is so important! Wishing you the best!

They might reduce dexamethasone. I point my toes forward and back and elevate them

For restless leg I take iron when I feel it coming on ( small amount and maybe 3-4 times a week. ). Works like magic. My iron count is perfect but I guess my restless legs don’t agree.
