What Are Palliative Care Questions?
Sister is now on dialysis and blood transfusions and is very depressed and scared 😱
Hi Marylouise. I’m so sorry to hear about your sister. I wish her & you all the best when you see the Palliative care team tomorrow.

Hi MaryLouise, sorry to hear about your sister. Might I recommend a great book called “Nothing to Fear”. It’s a great book written by an excellent hospice nurse that just preps people and their family for hospice. And I know that palliative care is VERY different than hospice and it doesn’t necessarily mean you sister is anywhere close to the hospice stage, but I found that knowledge is power when it comes to disease management and end of life care. Just an idea as you and your sister navigate what’s ahead.
Marylouise, praying you get all your questions answered 🙏❤️
Marylouise,
I read somewhere recently that when your sister decides to go on Hospice, she can still get dialysis because it’s therapeutic for MM.
