My doctor said moderation. I lost my sweet tooth but I think white flour and white sugar are not healthy for anyone.

I have switched to organic maple syrup and organic agave.

I buy NonGMO popcorn, non GMO FLOUR.
ORGANIC IS AUTOMATICALLY NON GMO

Lots of choices on Amazon or other health food sites.
I avoid bioengineered food.

Unfortunately most corn is GMO.

I have decided I am worth the extra costs .

I have learned from this website : a wise person suggested that we cook all our raw vegetables. Think of romaine, cucumbers and lettuce recalls.

Eat fruits that you can peel off the skins. Cantaloupes and melons should be disinfected with bleach. That’s the only thing to kill the mold. Of course rinsing WELL.

Our immune system will never be the same.

Proper food handling is very important.

No high fructose corn syrup= GMO

No phosphates
No nitrates.
No artificial colors
No aluminum deodorants
Listen to RFK jr’s take on our US foods verses European agricultural practices.

Gotta have a sweet. Tillamook icecream.

Tillamook cheeses.

Avacodo oil and cold pressed virgin olive oil in glass bottles.

Make your own egg noodles with organic flour and organic eggs.

Eggs and quinoa are good options.

Use waxed paper instead of plastic or AL foil.

You are worth it.

Instagram has some great recipes to try.

Sincerely,
Peggy
