Plant base while it can be helpful with side effects, is not a proven cancer fighter or prevention.
While I have increased my fruits and vegetables and reduced my fast food intake and my sugars I believe that everything in moderation can be just as effective.
Other than the few changes I made I still eat the same things I did prior to diagnosis I have remained CR for 12 years.
I know a person who ate healthy Whole Foods and used vitamins for years that was diagnosed the same time I was and they survived only 7 years and went through several treatments including tandem SCTs and CAR T.

I purchased the Dr. Brandy book and use it as a reference for various ideas to try whenever my side effects of MM or Revlimid act up. Diet can strongly influence side effects particularly inflammation , gastrointestinal problems, etc. I always consult my healthcare team for feedback as well.

We all react differently to treatment and most of us do not have the same exact diagnoses. That’s what makes MM hard to treat.

@Pbaldinii I meant I wonder if this is similar to bone maximizer? This is mined from ancient sea beds in Japan not living coral, there has never been cancer or poor health in tree island iin okanawawa Japan and they grow all their crops on it with it and no pest odds all true blue organic, any produce grown outdoors is subject to what they are spraying in the atmospher aka graphine oxide, considering building a wind tunnel here on farm to grow year round organic covered from microscopic particulate matter unless Father Time catches up w me,..I need to get back out on the farm this Bone business is sucking all the air out of our tires…

I am a believer in everything in moderation. I do not feel it important to change to a completely plant based diet.
I am a 12 year survivor and I still eat meat.
