That is great news DG Burk!!!
I think no matter what or which type you have if you follow a good whole based plant diet eating very little meat mostly fruits and veggies green tea curcumin turmeric if you’re not on blood thinners replace milk with soy milk replace sugar with maple syrup honey or guava stay away from processed foods any boxed foods processed meats are a no no like bacon lunch meats full of carcinogens eat salmon chicken thighs no fat or skin drink pedialyte and purified alkaline water no sugary fruit juices especially not sodas absolutely not corn syrup. Use organic first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
Get oxygen inside your cells by exercising use a spirometer to help get oxygen in. Do breathing exercises count to breathing hold 8 and count to 8 breathing out

Remember Cancer cells feed on sugar an acidic environment and a low oxygen environment to thrive.

Take a good probiotic I take gnc probiotic 100
Also I take omega (krill oil is the best) Curcumin, Turmeric, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin E, Omega 3, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K2.
Calcium magnesium msm reservatrol quercetin b-complex royal bee jelly b-12 drops 5,000 plant based (methyl) beet chews Claritin for back pain and sinuses co 10 Or ubiquinol which is better digested.
Ask your doctor before taking these cause I did and mine agreed.

Self discipline is all it takes.
No alcohol no smoking.
This is impossible for some but most profitable for all.

70% of MM patients have IgG/Kappa. However, 15-20 of patients have IgA/lambda which is a worse prognosis. IgA is 22% worse and Lambda is 3X worse. You can look up and read why that is true. That being said there are many other factors that will also determine your prognosis.

my main cereals are 'Uncle Sam Cereal" and from scratch oatmeal;....usually for colder months. I use Uncle Sam with yogurt and fruit, or just milk, with a tsp. of maple sugar.
