I took it during my treatment. Now just Revlimid. I don't remember any terrible side effects. I made remission so it worked. I will pray that you will get a good result.

My husband gets the injection instead of IV. That and Velcade. Other than some increased heartrate, localized redness and rash around injection sites, he tolerated well.

Yes. I have been on it for 18 months and pomalyst. Sometimes I get fatigued after and if the shot is not given slowly or in the wrong place , I black and blue. Not sure if neuropathy is from that or pomalyst. Side effects are not bad though

I was on Darzalex (brand name) for two years but switched it out when it stopped working for me. No problems with it.

Have been taking darzalex fast pro for 18 months since my sct my numbers are starting to go up so we may be changing to something else but over all there isn’t much side effects and has had good results
