Well, I guess I must be one of the lazy ones ( for lack of a better word). But I go from my AC home, to my AC vehicle, to AC doctors office, or ac grocery store, or ac pharmacy, or ac Kindgom Hall. That’s my life. I’m not complaining one bit. As long as electricity is running, I’m good!

Sounds like me. Why torture yourself if you don’t have to. Heat makes it hard to breathe and weak so I definitely try to limit heat. Staying hydrated when hot is very important. I have hot flashes everyday so I love staying cool.

We are having some relief from the heat today. However it is very humid and smoke levels are going up again. I am so relieved to feel some cool air.

I stay in and stay cool.. take cool showers. I have lung issues from Covid, that's another story for another time. Anyway.... I can't breath and living in the south it has been hot since May. I dring sports drinks for electrolyte replacement. I rest a lot, garden a little at a time.
Hard to breathe, the chemo meds make me short of breath... I do what I can, when I can. When I can't I don't. I cook large meals and freeze half. or just have leftovers. My husband helps a lot... He is a good man. Wants to do so much for me, it hurts him that he can't. I am ok and plan on beating this MM. I am a tough ol broad.. lol... stubborn when it comes to things like this.
I am doing the stem cell transplant, using my own cells, Dr says my body will respond better to mine than completely new ones from a donor. They will accept them easier. it was a soulful decision, but I went with yes, let's do this.
I like to crochet, cook, read, and play games on my tablet. Sleeping is a new hobby. 😜
Please feel free to talk anytime.
Prayers for all of us.
