Hi To All, Is Anyone Taking Venclexa? Any Side Effects And How Long Did You Take It?
Most given for Translocation 11/14. Doctors are still not sure if it is standard risk or higher.

Was on it with Carfilzomib/Dex from Oct to June when light chains increased indicating remission. Shortest treatment I’ve had since diagnosed in 2016. Side affects could have been due to Carfilzomib since some were before Venetclax. Leg swelling, Shortness of breath, and fatigue were most prevalent ones.
