Esther, according to the information above, you might not be 3a? With only 20% in your marrow and a solitary plasmacytoma? Ask your doctor. I was diagnosed with 3b, but I had over 95% myeloma cells in my marrow and my kidney were acting up cause I was so sick. It doesn't really matter like it does with solid tumors anyway. It's used at initial diagnosis mostly for research purposes. So don't worry about your stage🥰
