I take a nap whenever I feel tired. I have no problem sleeping. 😊

Hi Sally, and thank you for your idea about combatting fatigue--we do have a new rescue dog, Milo, a chihuahua-bulldog (we think) and his walks are indeed helpful; sometimes more than others. It is a great reminder to get up and also walk to help fight the fatigue. One dog walker called out, "You aren't walking him, he is walking you." Working on better dog walking techniques, thanks to Cesar Milan. Thanks again and hope you are doing well with your beautiful a cute dog! MK

Get a pet!! When you are responsible for someone else's well being, it's hard to stay in bed. I can't even stress enough how my little dogs take my mind off worry and encourage me to move. Little Miss Sassy Pants keeps me going!
