Chris beats cancer cookbook has a lot of snack ideas. All plant based whole food. Me I’ll do fruit or veggies and if I’m really jonesing I’ll make a smoothie. Nuts, raisins and an occasional trail mix helps also.

I love goat cheese by Laura Chenel and Simple Mills Crackers, which I get at Sprouts Market. I don’t eat too many crackers, because I limit my salt intake. I don’t want salt removing calcium from my bones.
