The doctor took me off Lenalidomide for a week. These numbers have dropped before but never this low.

Multiple times! I'm always happy to see it above one. Treatment does that to me. I'm on Talquetamab now and have to get an Udenyca injection every two weeks to keep it up.

Hi my numbers went that low a year after SCT. I had pneumonia and the flu. It’s called neutropenia. It took a few days but came back and never dropped that low again. Just watch for infection

My ANC drop all the time every time I get my Kyprolis Infusions. I've had it as low as .7 and .5 before. But it averages .8 or .9
Then my Oncologist gives me a Zarxio shot or two, so grimes 3 to boost my ANC until the next Kyprolis Maitanance Infusion.

It's gotten to be kinda of a routine you might say LOL.

Mine dropped while in the hospital for my SCT well below 1. Was practically zero at one point. Since I had my SCT I fluctuated between 1.0 to 1.6 during my maintenance phase. Last visit I was at 1.2. If I get a cold or if I’m fighting off some bug/virus, then it will usually drop down but I’ve not been below 1.0 since my SCT.

My white blood cells were really low the first year. They had to adjust my meds often. The lab even reported them as less that zero after high dose cytoxan. Weird? I have been blessed since my transplant, my white count has been stable. It is very common for myeloma patients to have their medications adjusted for low counts.
