Fatigue is a symptom of MM but up I find that going for a walk helps and taking power naps during the day helps more than a long sleep. I know that it doesn’t make sense but that’s what works for me.

Hi Gary's, Fatigue is the number one complaint with myeloma patients. I'm 7 years out and am in good control. I still tired quickly. Exercise and a low carbohydrate diet seem to help me the most. Getting a good night's sleep is a must as well. Hoping you get stronger each day. 🥰

Not sure why you’re still fatigued after all these years of treatment. I was fatigued and got winded easily for 14 months after diagnosis. But it was the blood not carrying enough oxygen. Since January I’ve enjoyed 6 months of not tiring or breathing hard.

By this time you probably have enjoyed remission and should be feeling much better. Further research and investigation is recommended on your condition to determine if you are relapsing or if there is another problem.

Check your numbers.
