It depends. What kind do you have? I don’t just have IgA Kappa, but also t(14;16) with 16q deletion, Monosomy 13 and +5. My Oncologist says I’m not high risk until I progress to MM. Semantics! Lol.

They can take awhile, which is maddening. Hopefully you don’t have a deletions, additions, or translocations like I do. Do you have MyChart? Sometimes they will post results there. I print them out and have a binder I keep them in. These results may not be posted until the doctor talks to you.

It's the same for me, also with very high-risk genetics. I'm still fine, I do a lot of sports, maybe it helps. Now I have a lot of my own vegetables and fruits.

Kappa King,
I have high IgA (heavy chain) levels. I also have high Kappa (Light chain) levels. In the beginning I was always confused about this, when people say they have Light chain.
