Yes I have anemia and take geritol and b-12 drops that seem to help.
But now I’m reading copper and iron is what mm cells need to grow and that’s the pits!!!

I think if you look at past "Questions" you might find the answer you are looking for. I will admit, Q & A is hard to navigate. I want to just click on one, but it won't let me and wants me to look through all of them first. I can never find the one that peaked my interest. I also am on this site a lot! I read people's posts, so your answer may not be in Q & A, but in a random post. When I ask a question, there will usually be a bunch of similar questions posted previously. That may be one way to look.
