Also don't eat out of date food. I have eaten out of date food before diagnosis.

Actually if you are in remission after a stem cell transplant then there are no restrictions on food. The nutritionist at Fred Hutch said none. Your white blood cells and neutrophils must be in the normal range though.

MM takes calcium out of the bones, so avoid caffeinated & carbonated drinks, salty foods, sushi, runny eggs. and peel your fruit.

Sushi is on the list. I don't like it, so it has never been on my list to eat. Raw or uncooked foods have been on a list. Also wash produce very well. I use Norwex produce wash to fix my blueberries for breakfast. I do all in a pkg,let them air dry and then refrigerate. I'm a newbie. Just learning.
