Hi July - Have you done a blood sample clonoSEQ test ?
If you are MRD Negative at 10 -6 (no cancer per million cells tested), it's very safe for you to go to Monitoring Only and No MM Meds

I get full MM Labs Monthly and Quarterly clonoSEQ blood sample testing (not from a BMB - John Hopkins, of Balt. Maryland, now accepts this as a Valid Status of Negative)

Look up the Master Trial from Dr Costa. He concluded if you have 2 or less High Risk Factors and you've maintained MRD Negative for a year, you're much safer to be on Monitoring and Not MM Meds.

Dr Brandy has been on Revlimid and Dex and has had No MSpike for many years but no additional BMBs. His Onc recently had him phasing out of his MM Meds. He recently found out about the blood sample clonoSEQ test, got it and he is MRD Negative at 10 -6.

Have 2 or less High Risks and do the Above and you'll be Fine. There's plenty of Clinical Study Data that Supports this.

BTW - Did you get a SCT ?
If you did, how are your CBCs, CMPs, K/L Ratio, Ig Levels - did they ever return to Normal?
Without a SCT, it's possible but the continued MM Meds are constantly killing-off your Immune System.
Once you get off them - maybe as much as a year, they will recover quite well.
Though if you've had a SCT, they may not fully recover.
It would be interesting and helpful to know your experience.

Congrats on your 6 Years and taking your Next Step
