Hi samar, I am not familiar with this at all. Perhaps you should get another opinion about this, if you are unsure. There are some other hospitals and mm specialists to help explain this to you. I will send prayers your way to help you choose what to do, Maybe there are some patients that have gone through this that could help you as well. I found it very helpful to me to say Lord Jesus help me. when I was going through something I was having difficulty with. I also prayed to Our Lady of Fatima and the Miraculous medal. If you go with CAR-T, I would think that it would shrink the plasmacytoma. They discovered one near my rib, but after CAR-T it was gone.

Samar it sounds like you are seeing a myeloma Specialist? I hope we aren't getting you more nervous and confused. Seattle has some excellent doctors.

Samar,I had radiation 3 times because the multiple myeloma had returned all 3 times it got rid of it. And worked to remission

I would recommend Car-t therapy and a bispecific treatment as a bridge treatment for you...
