Hi Eva,
Usually it’s poor circulation. Vitamin B Complex can help this. You could also take Nutritional Yeast. I prefer Bob’s Red Mill because it’s not bitter and mixes well in juice or milk/cashew milk. This will also help prevent neuropathy.

I was MGUS, now I am Smoldering. I became Smoldering when my plasma cell involvement became 10%.

Smoldering means that it is basically in a remission type of form. It hasn’t increased in the negative sense, but it has to be checked on a schedule to keep it under observation. This is so that if/when it activates the oncologist can quickly get you in treatment for the best possible outcome.
My explanation is a generic one. You can use this site for the official version!
