Linda,
I try to take it twice a day with Calcium & magnesium. I’m very sensitive, but have no side effects. It’s not the type of supplement to cause side effects. It’s helping tremendously with my bone pain, which has almost disappeared. I’ve read that tge K2 tells the calcium to go to the bones instead of clogging arteries. I have SMM too. IgA Kappa.

Linda,
This is the Calcium supplement I’m taking. I take 3-6 pills a day, preferably 3 in the morning only. If I am cramping or in pain I take 3 more at dinner time. I’ve tried other calcium supplements and found they did not work. Of course, I take them with a D3 & K2 gummie from Nordic.

Thanks so much for your reply. I'm going to give D3 + K2 a try. I'm starting today. I also read another one of your responses back several months ago. It indicated you took your calcium & D3 +K2 together separate from other vitamins and meds. (I think I read this correctly). So here it goes...LOL... Have a good day. Hugs!
