Oh yes. When someone says, “Gee, you look great.” My usual response is, thank you I wish I felt as good as I look. On rare occasions I end up telling them that most of the compilations are internal.

I can relate to you. I always say I am doing good! but that is not the truth. I have extreme numbness foot to lips. Constint back ack, lack of energy, poor sleep. I guess other than that I feel good! ,

I have had that comment made to me many times. Kind of weird as I have a lot of back pain and fatigue. I generally avoid getting into how I feel and just say thank you.

Agree with other replies. A Consultant even said well, you don’t look like you are in pain or have Cancer, even though I look as pale as a ghost.. But generally now just say I’m Ok thank you. It's so difficult., trying to be positive all the time.
